Yes. We make every effort to ensure that our product photographs and descriptions accurately represent each item.
As many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, fragrance, size, or appearance may occur. Differences may also arise due to lighting conditions, photography, image editing, and individual screen or monitor settings.
These natural variations are part of the unique character of our products and do not affect their quality or functionality. Unless a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, such variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return or refund under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via your registered email address.
Your tax invoice (sales receipt) will be sent electronically once your order has been processed or dispatched. If you have created an account with Seven Cloud Candle, you may also be able to access your order history and download your invoice from your account, where this feature is available.
If you are unable to locate your invoice or require an additional copy, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you wish to request a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order, provided your order is eligible under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not return any item without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials, where applicable.
Many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities. While we endeavour to restock popular items whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that every out-of-stock product will become available again.
Restocking depends on factors such as material availability, production schedules, and customer demand. Certain limited-edition, seasonal, or exclusive collections may not be restocked once they have sold out.

We currently deliver orders to most serviceable locations across India.
Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available to your location. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. If we expand our delivery services in the future, updated shipping information will be available on our website.
