Every product is selected or created with exceptional attention to detail and thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
To maintain the quality, integrity, and hygiene of our products, all purchases made through our website are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Product Variations & Images
We strive to ensure that all product photographs, videos, and descriptions accurately represent our products. However, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, editing, natural materials, handcrafted production, monitor calibration, screen resolution, and individual device display settings.
Where applicable, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, fragrance intensity, size, decorative detailing, or overall appearance are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and artisanal products. These variations do not affect the quality, functionality, or intended use of the product and are not considered defects or valid grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Personal preferences regarding colour, fragrance, size, design, or appearance
Minor variations as described in the Product Variations & Images section
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products
Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned unless:
The product was damaged during transit.
You received an incorrect product.
Products must be unused, unburned (where applicable), and in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories, to be eligible for inspection under an approved claim.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and securely package every order before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
An unedited opening (UNBOXING) video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
To ensure a fair assessment, claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without the required photographic evidence and unedited opening video may not be eligible for review.
Once we receive your request, our team will carefully evaluate the claim. If it is verified and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for products that have been approved as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
If an exchange is approved, the product must be returned within 7 days of receiving our confirmation.
Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the approved exchange will be processed within 24 hours, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for claims that have been reviewed and approved by Seven Cloud Candle.
Once the approved product reaches our facility, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. After the refund has been initiated by us, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account will depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Return Shipping
If your claim is approved and a return is required, our customer support team will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any product back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
