Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, the following shipping charges apply:

      • Within Delhi: ₹50 per order
      • Rest of India: ₹100 per order

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Your invoice (sales receipt) will be shared electronically once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If you have created an account with Seven Cloud Candle, you may also be able to view your order history and download your invoice from your account, where this feature is available.

If you are unable to locate your invoice or require another copy, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

At present, we do not offer the option to include a separate gift receipt with online orders.

However, our products are thoughtfully packaged, making them ideal for gifting. If gift receipt services become available in the future, this option will be displayed during checkout.

How long do I have to return an order?

If your order is eligible for a return, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where applicable.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Payment Information

How is the recipient reimbursed?

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. We are unable to issue refunds directly to the recipient or transfer refunds to an alternative payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the original account after the refund has been processed.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Yes. If your refund request is approved in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Once the refund has been processed by us, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method and cannot be transferred to an alternative account or payment method.

Can the delivery address be in a different country from the country of purchase?

At present, Seven Cloud Candle ships only within India. Orders placed through our website must be delivered to a valid address within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If we expand our delivery services to additional countries in the future, this information will be updated on our website.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities. While we do our best to restock popular items, we cannot guarantee that every product will become available again.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may be restocked depending on material availability, production schedules, and demand. In some cases, limited-edition or seasonal collections may not be reproduced once they have sold out.

We encourage you to check the product page periodically or contact our Customer Support team if you would like to enquire about the availability of a specific item.

How can I return an item?

If you believe your order is eligible for a return under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request promptly, please provide:

      • A brief description of the issue

      • Clear photographs or videos of the product, if applicable

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials, where applicable.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We strive to ensure that all product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the items we offer.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, fragrance, or appearance may occur due to factors such as natural materials, handcrafted production, lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen or monitor settings. These minor differences are normal and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds unless otherwise covered under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
